Why Templates?

As we start to branch out and market our services, we’ve had a few people ask: Why templates? What do they actually do? How can measuring and tracking your initiatives guarantee success?

First and foremost, there is no such thing as a guaranteed success. We all have looked up success quotes, contemplated them and maybe even posted them on our social media for inspiration, but in order to have a better chance of success, consistency is key.

Our templates empower business owners and their teams to look at their quarterly plan as a whole, and break it down into day-by-day and week-by-week playbooks to ensure that all effort is being put forth toward the goal.

The biggest lesson that we have learned through launching several successful brands within the Philadelphia area is that, for all intents and purposes, there is a formula for success. We have taken that formula, those ‘cut and paste’ templates that we have used and found success with, and created these plans for business owners in the area.

For business owners who have a plan in place, and just want a way to track their efforts, we have our Blueprint Plan. This self-guided plan includes all of our templates, and helps to create a system for tracking sales and marketing efforts and increasing ROI. The Method, our quarterly plan, is ideal for business owners who are either launching a business, a new facet of their business, or looking to bounce back after a period of closure or slower sales. In this plan, we included a customized quarterly marketing plan and consulting meetings, and we will customize the templates accordingly to fit the business’ goals and objectives.

The Formula, our annual plan, is ideal for business owners who have a location and a team in place, and are looking for support in the form of downloadable templates, customized plans for each quarter and ROI reports for analysis, and consulting meetings throughout the duration of our partnership.

In order to be successful with our plans, business owners need to keep an open mind to new and different partnership and event ideas, keep their teams informed and accountable, and ensure that efforts are consistent. If a business were to join one of our vetted associations, for example, but never send a representative to an event, that is a waste of time and efforts.

As with anything, you get out what you put in.

Our method has been proven time and time again, whether we’ve launched a fast casual concept, a restaurant, entertainment venue, service or product-based business, or marketed our own personal brands. Interested in learning more? Contact us for a free consultation.
